Modern Tea Ceremony Experience in KyotoJapanese Tea Ceremony Experience
The Ultimate Tea Ceremony Experience to Enjoy Kyoto's Traditional Culture
Chaji (Tea Ceremony) proceeds in the order of kaiseki cuisine, main sweets, thick tea, and thin tea, offering a time to savor the essence of Japanese culture. Known as "the essence of tea ceremony" and "an integrated art form that encapsulates Japanese culture," why not enjoy this experience in a modern style?
Our workshop condenses the usual Chaji, which takes over 4 hours, into about 2 hours. We use a table style instead of traditional seiza (kneeling), allowing even first-timers to participate comfortably.
